Check that the document is a real lab or clinic result, that its date matches the entered date within a few days, and that every infection the person marked shows a negative result. Verify or reject; the person sees your note in the app. Document links expire after ten minutes.

Thresholds: 8 uploads in a day or 20 in a week, 3 rejected uploads in a week, 4 positive reports in 30 days or 8 in 90, 30 phone lookups in an hour or 150 in a day, 40 codes in an hour, 25 requests in a day, or 30 requests in a week with under one in five accepted.
